3 sets squats x 10
3 sets of lunges x 10
3 sets of calf raises x 10
Wednesday
3 sets of 10 push ups
3 sets of 10 dips - off chair or any flat surface
3 sets of 10 cherry picking (alternate arms in the air)
Friday
3 sets of 10 jumping squats
3 sets of 10 lunges
3 sets of leg lifts (backward)
3 sets of 10 crunches
3 sets of 20 twists (you can use a mop or broom stick)
